About Jeff
Jeff Fabiszewski is a seasoned wilderness educator, expedition chef, and certified instructor with over two decades of experience guiding others through Florida’s wild coastlines and beyond. He’s a Wilderness First Responder trainer, an ACA-certified sea kayak instructor, and a professional backcountry chef who blends Polish-American heritage, Florida bushcraft, and hurricane-season resilience into every course and campfire meal.
Jeff is the creator of Firestand Feast, a forthcoming cookbook and outdoor manual that redefines what’s possible with a handful of twigs, a mess tin, and local ingredients. His teaching style equal parts storytelling, practical wisdom, and humor has made him a favorite among students of all ages.
